Reclamation re-sloping continues in <br />additional areas of Former Mine B. There are no changes to the Former Mine A map <br />(designated "Exhibit A") and included in the 2003 report so it is not included again with <br />this year's submittal. <br />The portion of Eagle County Road #51 which serves as a haul road was treated <br />with a lignosite dust suppressant. Road base material was replaced on worn areas of the <br />road at that time. <br />Approximately 445,000 tons of gypsum rock were shipped from the mine during <br />2008. <br /> <br />3
