The <br />area is broken into two phases. Phase 1 is 13.88 acres and Phase 2 will be <br />at 9.42 acres. <br />e) See Map C.3 for the listing of the vegetation in the affected area. <br />f) Nothing is required on the map because there is no water that will affect the <br />ground water system. <br />g) Map C.2 shows owners name of any structures within 200' of affected land. <br />The only man made structure is a small concrete ditch. <br />h) Soils information: <br />Topsoil is limited in this area. The presence of cobbles on the surface has made <br />the land hard to farm. Topsoil is estimated to average no more than six inches <br />with area containing limited topsoil. Overburden is estimated at one to six inches <br />below the topsoil. <br />The Natural Resource Conservation Service has classified two soils types. <br />Please see Map C.3 for soil boundaries and attachments detailing soil <br />characteristics.
