It appears their address of record in the assessors office <br />was not current and the post office torwarded it. I have at- <br />tached-the USPS web site printout proving it was delivered and at <br />the bottom of the page is the proof of mailing receipt. I will <br />place copies of these documents with the Clerk and Recorder when <br />I respond to the Adequacy Review. The public comment period ends <br />on June 4, 2008. <br />I think this does it until we get the adequacy done.
