BOX 628 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Creede, CO 81130 <br />Re: Bulldog Mine Operation, Permit No. M-1977-215, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR-14 <br />Dear Mr. Egolf: <br />On November 12, 2008 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on November 7, 2008, addressing the following: <br />Re-open the 9700 level portal to install exploration access and safety door. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 14 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1977- <br />215. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1977-215 remain in full force and effect. <br />The Division estimated the additional reclamation cost amount for this revision to be $2,664.00. This additional amount, <br />in combination with the $8,839.00 financial warranty currently held by the Division, reflects a revised total bond amount <br />of $11,503.00.
