's response: Haul roads are addresses in Section 3.7.2 of Trapper's permit <br />document. The text in this section has been modified slightly to incorporate references to waste <br />hauling as well as coal hauling. The revised text is enclosed. This text continues to apply to <br />topsoil stripping at Trapper. Table 4.9-3 shows quantities of topsoil to be salvages and <br />replaced by pit for the permit term. Map M10B, Topsoil Striping and Reclaim, shows areas of <br />topsoil removal and replacement for each year of the permit term. This information was <br />included with the original submittal. <br />Division's response: This response is Complete. <br />3. Rules 2.05.6(1) and 4.17 pertain to air resource protection.
