Trapper Mining Inc., Permit C-81-010 <br />Fourth Quarter 2008 Sediment Pond Inspections <br />RECEIVED <br />DEC 2 2 2008 <br />Division of Recialwlation, <br />Mining and Safety <br />Impoundment inspection. results for the fourth quarter of 2008 are enclosed. All impoundment. <br />inspections were conducted by qualified :impoundment inspectors. Inspections took place on <br />November 4, December 4, December 9, December 10 and_ December 15. Ponds with limited <br />access during the winter months were inspected in November. <br />The following items were noted during the fourth quarter inspection. <br />• Burrows were noted:onEast Pyeatt No. 1 and No. 2 and East Flufie <br />• Sediment markers were not visible in West Pyeatt No. 1, East Pyeatt Nos. 1; 2 3, Sage <br />No.. 2, Oak No. 1 West Flume, Middle Flume No. 1, East Middle. Flume, Ute°and- Deal. <br />Most of these markers were most likely not visible because they are submerged.
