This revision is necessitated <br />by a condition of approval of the Teller County Mine Development Plan (which <br />corresponds to the Amendment No. 9 approval) to better protect view shed <br />characteristics in the proposed Schist Island portion of the North Cresson mine area <br />viewable from the City of Cripple Creek. Only selected portions of the mining sequence <br />plan, reclamation plan, and reclamation surety are proposed for revision in this <br />application, all other portions of the Amendment No. 9 approval remain as proposed in <br />the application submitted on April 15, 2008 and approved on November 10, 2008. The <br />specific application sections to be revised by this submittal are listed on the table under <br />Tab 1. Only the changed sections are provided in this submittal, such that the single <br />volume can be a stand alone addendum to the Amendment No. 9 Application which is <br />keyed to the previous seven volume Amendment No. 9 application. <br />CC&V has enclosed a fee of $1,006 for initiating the review of this application as a <br />technical revision. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the content of this application <br />Mahager.
