12. The "Prediction of Surface Deformation Resulting from Longwall Mining in the Dove Gulch <br />Area" can be found in Exhibit 17 of Volume IIIA and was submitted to show the effects on the <br />surface from proposed mining under Dove Gulch. An updated report by Maleki, "Prediction of <br />Surface Deformation Resulting from Longwall Mining in the Dove Gulch Area for the New <br />Layout", dated December 2007, was presented to predict the surface effects on Dove Gulch due <br />to the new mine plan proposed in PR-11. <br />13. The "Determination of the Angle of Draw" is in Exhibit 21 of Volume IIIA and was submitted to <br />confirm the angle of draw using field data. <br />14. The "Terror Creek Reservoir Area Pre-Subsidence Inspection" was submitted to document the <br />pre-mining conditions of the Bruce Park Dam and Terror Creek Reservoir. It is filed in Exhibit 22 <br />of Volume IIIA. <br />15. The "Dove Gulch Hydrology Report" is in Exhibit 19 of Volume IIIA and was submitted to show <br />that Dove Gulch is an ephemeral stream. <br />21
