Both Permits include a
number of historical mine sites in the original Permit applications which have never been
disturbed under the Permits. Furthermore, the original Permit applications include a number
of historical sites which have not been disturbed and which are located on lands for which the
current Operator does not have the right of access.
I do not wish to keep all of the historical mine sites under the original Permits when the
Permits are transferred to me. Therefore, please proceed with processing the Succession of
Operator applications and delete those historical sites which were named in the original
Permit applications but which have never been disturbed since Permit issuance or for which
the right of access no longer is in effect. I agree to accept the Permit transfers with the
deletions described above.
Sincerely, I
Fred Holley

cc: Terry V. Wetz - IUSA
