Only
Outfalls 007 & 011 discharged. Outfall 007 discharged only two days of November;
around Thanksgiving. Monthly tests were taken. It is unlikely that a WET Test will be
completed for this quarter due to discharge timing and the likelihood of no further
discharge from 007. Western Fuels Colorado will continue to monitor this outfall for
discharge. Please note that Total Suspended Solids is above the 35mg/L limit on 007
as well. Otherwise, no other issues are noted. Testing was not conducted on Outfalls
008, 009, 010, 012 or 013 due to lack of discharge.
If you have any questions or comments please contact me at 970.864.7590, or email
tfry@wfcnucla.org.
Sincerely,
c
Thomas D.
