Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety renewed Mining Permit No. C-1981-020 for <br />the Munger Canyon Mine on January 28, 2008, allowing coal mining and reclamation operations to <br />continue under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The <br />permit was issued to CAM Mining, LLC, P.O.
