Technical Revision Package, TR-26.
Dear Ms. Byres:
On December 1, 2008, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received Natural Soda, Inc. Technical Revision
package for a 112 Reclamation Permit for the Nacholite Project, Permit No. M-1983-194. The technical revision includes
the installation of two horizontal injection wells, two recovery wells and one core hole. As of December 5, 2008, the
application has met the requirements of completeness for staff review. The decision date for the Technical Revision is
set for 30 days from the completeness date which is January 5, 2009.
