Dear Mr. Wilcox:
On March 19, 2008, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received a Succession of Operators application, a
Performance Warranty and a $144.00 Succession of Operators application fee for the Dickerson Pit, Permit No. M-1978-305.
The Division is returning the Succession of Operators Application and Performance Warranty for the following:
Succession of Operators Application:
The Division requires the Current Permitted Operator company name listed throughout this document match the
company name listed on the current permit and with the State of Colorado Secretary of State's office (i.e. "Warren
and Sally Wilcox dba Gunnison Gravel & Earth Moving LLC" rather than "Gunnison Gravel").
The Division requires the Successor Operator company name listed throughout this document match the company
name listed with the State of Colorado Secretary of State's office (i.e. "Gunnison Aggregate Resources, LLC" rather
than Gunnison Aggregate Resources LLC"). Please note the comma between "Resources " and "LLC ".
The Division requires the company name listed within the Notary for Permittee section on page 5 be the current
permitted operator's company name, rather than the successor operator's company name (i.e. Warren and Sally
Wilcox dba Gunnison Gravel & Earth Moving LLC" rather than "Gunnison Aggregate Resources, LLC"). Please
have your notary make and initial this correction.
The Division requires completion of the Notary for Successor section on page 5.
Performance Warranty:
