The proposed mine amendment is associated with the San Luis Mine. <br />The proposed future use of the land is agriculture, industrial, and wildlife habitat. <br />We are requesting that the land up to one-half mile adjacent to and surrounding the San <br />Luis Valley Animal Welfare Society be wildlife habitat. If that area should become BLM1 <br />land, we request that no bunting be permitted within one-half mile of our property for the <br />safety of our workers and animals.
