To the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety:
Having bccn notified of the proposed mining activities of Douglas and Patricia Sessions
adjacent to Yuma County Roads FF and 46.5, I have inspected and approve of using the
existing access to Yuma County Road FF. Should an alternate access point be needed in
the future, approval would need to be received in writing from the Road and Bridge
Departmcnt prior to changing the current approved access point.
