Reclamation success:
The Marr mine and loadout are reclaimed; several permanent structures are approved to remain. These
include access road to Marr mine facilities pad, facilities warehouse, power poles, storage tanks and tank
berm, light poles, Spoil well SP-1, Ponds A, B, D, E, and F, access road to Load out, power poles at
loadout,water well at loadout, Loadout warehouse and warehouse pad. These permanent structures and
facilities appear to be in good condition.
