The permit for the San Luis Project is held by Battle Mountain Resources, Inc. <br />The three public meetings would be scheduled for April 15, 2008, May 20, 2008 and June 11-12, 2008, <br />commencing at 9:00 a.m. on each day and lasting potentially all day. The Division anticipates approximately 100 <br />participants for each of the meeting dates. <br />The June 11-12, 2008 dates represent the monthly meeting of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, <br />during which the Board is scheduled to consider the application for AM-03 and may make a decision to deny or <br />approve the application. Since the June 11-12, 2008 meeting is the monthly Board meeting, the Board may also <br />consider other mining related issues beyond the application for AM-03. Thus, the June 11-12, 2008 meetings <br />may extend into the evening hours. <br />one udetby 5 OOons <br />The May 20, meeting 2008 is the Pre-heaing Conference, May 20 x2008 meet ng will commence at 9 00 a.m. and will <br />for the June Board meeting. The <br />p.m. <br />The April 15, 2008 meeting is an informal meeting designed to inform the public about the Division's review <br />process for AM-03. The April 15, 2008 meeting will commence at 9:00 a.m. and will conclude by 5:00 p.m. <br />I am hopeful that Parish Hall at 508 East Church Place can accommodate our needs. However, for each of these <br />meetings the Division must circulate public notice of the meetings and cannot easily reschedule.
