All assumptions must work correctly and continually
for the land disbursal process to work which, at best, Is a high-risk proposition.
Moreover, the application is faulty as It is based upon BMRI's assumption that a
degradation of the water quality of the aquifer is acceptable in principle In spite of the
fact that there. is an ongoing treatment process that avoids that result.
Opposers reserve the right to. amend their objection as more information
becomes known. Opposers do not have full information at the present time to fully
understand the nature and impact of the proposed permit amendment.
COSTIL.LA COUNTY CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
Bv' .7- & z z'k: R
Costilla Courity Conservancy District Date
P.O.
