<br />PUBLIC NOTICE
<br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and-Safety is proposing to
<br />Approve the, release of coal exploration bond submitted by Colorado
<br />Coal Resources, LLC for Notice of Intent No. X-2008-229-02. The bond
<br />was submitted to cover reclarhation" costs of exploration drill holes in Las
<br />Animas County. No drilling or surface disturbance occurred under this
<br />NOT, and such full bond release is proposed.
<br />The legal description for the project is
<br />Section 17, 18, 19, 20, 29, 32, Township 34 South; Range 66 West,
<br />Section 11, 13, 14, Township 34 South, Range 67 West.
<br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this pro-
<br />posed decision may submit written comments, or a written request for an
<br />adjudicatory hearing before the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
<br />Board, to the Division at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver,
<br />Colorado 80203. Such comments should be submitted within 30 days of
<br />the second publication of this notice.
