The concrete helipad does not <br />significantly change sediment control for the Lower Refuse Pile; therefore, the existing <br />sediment control system is adequate. The submittal included an updated map of the <br />Surface Facilities, Map 53. <br />The mine operator's notice was published on November 12, 2008.
