(NSI) is submitting this Technical Revision for a new horizontal injection well <br />IOH-1 and recovery well 1011-R, which will be completed in the IOH cavity. The injection well is <br />anticipated to be approximately 1300 feet long and will be used recovery nahcolite from the <br />upper and lower Boies beds in the new cavity l OH at the southeastern portion of existing Panel 2. <br />The recovery well will be located on the same pad. <br />The well pad will be located between County Road 31 and Yellow Creek Jeep Trail, <br />approximately 250 feet north of the southern property boundary. The 11H well pad will share an <br />access road with the 10H well pad. Per our recent conversation, the entire Application to Drill <br />application submitted to the Meeker BLM office.
