Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety has received Nuvemco's correspondence <br />regarding the issues noted from the November 18, 2008 inspection. Staff notes that <br />additional measures have been placed on site to control stormwater run on and off. <br />Additionally, topsoil has been seeded with the approved seed mix to help prevent erosion <br />from wind and rain.
