Everist, Inc., whose address and telephone number are 7321 E. <br />88th Ave., Ste 200 , Henderson, CO 80640; (303) 286-2247, submitted a request for partial acreage release for the Ft. <br />Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine, Permit No. M-1999-120. The construction materials extraction operation is located at <br />or near Section 30, Township 2N, Range 66W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Weld County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866- <br />3567. Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible.
