Box 129 <br />Greeley, CO 80632 <br />RE: Journey Ventures Pit; DRMS File No. M-2008-080; Receipt of 112c Construction <br />Materials Reclamation Permit Application Package <br />Dear Mr. Leone, <br />On November 26, 2008 the Division received your 112c Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit Application Package for the Journey Ventures Pit, File No. M-2008- <br />080. The application was filed for review on December 9, 2008. The decision date for <br />your application is scheduled for March 9, 2009. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal <br />of a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights and all owners of record <br />of lands within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days <br />after the Office notifies the Applicant that the application is considered filed. You must <br />submit proof of the notice and mailings to the Division prior to the decision date. <br />Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must be <br />reflected in the public review copy which has been placed with the Weld County Clerk <br />and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet <br />the requirements of the Act.
