This approval <br />is based on the information you provided under a covers letters dated June 13, 2007 and August <br />10, 2007 as well as the site inspection conducted on July 10, 2007. The estimated pit inflows <br />from precipitation and groundwater and outflows due to pumping and evaporation indicate that <br />this pit has been lined to the design standard referenced in the August 1999 State Engineer <br />Guidelines for Lining Criteria for Gravel Pits.
