Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Please be advised that on January 23, 2008, SW Chambers LLC, whose address and telephone number are 333 W. <br />Hampden Ave., Ste 810, Englewood, CO 80110; 303-534-1040, submitted a request for partial reclamation <br />responsibility release for the Heit Pit, Permit No. M-2003-016. The construction materials extraction operation is <br />located at or near Section 13, Township 2N, Range 67W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Weld County. The Operator of the <br />pit is requesting reduction of the amount of bond held for the construction of a slurry wall and perimeter drainage <br />system, which were completed in 2007. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866- <br />3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days of this notice.
