At present time, the majority of the old route <br />is a horse/foot trail, no motorized travel is permitted. The geologic hazards in the drainage are <br />still active and slumping occurs on a regular basis. <br />Because of the existing condition in Hubbard Creek, it would be highly unlikely that Bowie <br />Resources would be granted approval to construct a route sufficient enough on USFS lands to <br />allow for drilling a monitoring well along Hubbard Creek in the area needed for PR-11. <br />Please contact my minerals staff if you have any questions or concerns. <br />Sincerely, <br />LO N PAU SON <br />Acting District Ranger <br />cc: Bill Bear <br />Caring for the Land and Serving People Printed on Recycled Paper W
