Cattany <br />Foidel Creek Mine Division Director <br />29515 Routt County Road No. 27 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Oak Creek, CO 80467 <br />RE: August, September (Third Quarter) and October 2008 Discharge Monitoring Report, CO-0027154 <br />Dear Mr. Watterson: <br />Twentymile Coal Company (TCC) submitted NPDES Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR), for August <br />2008, September, 2008 (Third Quarter) and October, 2008, Colorado Department of Public Health and <br />Environment CDPS permit no. CO-0027154 on October 23, 2008, October 30, 2008, and November 28, <br />2008 respectively. <br />TCC reported that only outfall 005A discharged during the month of August. No parameter exceedances <br />were reported. <br />The September DMR also included Third Quarter 2008 documentation. TCC reported that only outfall <br />005A discharged during the month of September. No parameter exceedances were reported by TCC. <br />WET test results for outfall 005X were included as well. WET test for Ceriodaphnia dubia passed for <br />outfall 005X. <br />TCC reported that only outfall 005A discharged during the month of October (Please note that the cover <br />letter incorrectly references the month of August).
