The asphalt plant was re-fitted with a dust collecting baghouse which greatly reduces emissions <br />from the plant. There is a detailed Operating and Maintenance Plan for the asphalt plant which <br />was filed and accepted by the CDPHE. This plan outlines daily monitoring, maintenance and <br />record keeping. <br />There are emissions permits in place for fugitive dust, the concrete plant and the asphalt plant <br />with the CDPHE. <br />Vagneur Pit June 07 D-16
