Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Parker, CO 81501 / Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Tri-County Gravel, Permit No. M-1977-205, Technical Revision No. 2 Approval and Bond Calculation / <br />Dear Mr. Lewicki: <br />On January 22, 2008 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application submitted <br />to the Division on October 18, 2007, 2007, addressing the following: <br />Revise mine phases and post mine wildlife habitat locations. <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1977-205. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1977-205 remain in full force and effect. <br />The reclamation cost estimate has been recalculated to account for the revised reclamation plan. A copy of the calculation is <br />enclosed. Please review the estimate carefully and notify DRMS if you notice any calculation errors. <br />The estimated liability amount of $303,108.00 exceeds the $33,246.00 performance bond currently held.
