EXHIBIT O - OWNERS OF RECORD OF AFFECTED LAND (SURFACE AREA) AND <br />OWNERS OF SUBSTANCE TO BE MINED <br />The Monogram Mine is located entirely on patented claims owned by Mr. William E. Burnett <br />and Ms. Alice Fae Brown. The own both the surface area and mineral rights, including the <br />uranium and vanadium to be mined. The mineral rights are controlled by Nuvemco through a <br />long term lease agreement for the property from Mr. Burnett and Ms. Brown. Nuvemco has <br />legal right to enter through the provisions of the 1872 Mining Law. The permit area includes <br />portions of claims listed below and shown in Exhibit A, Map A-1. The claims are also shown on <br />the portion of the 1954 U. S. Geologic Map of Bull Canyon Quadrangle included in Appendix F, <br />Map C-6. A copy of the lease agreement is presented in Appendix G. Appendix G is <br />considered confidential. The mined substances are uranium and vanadium.
