EXHIBIT N - SOURCE OF LEGAL RIGHT-TO-ENTER <br />The Monogram Mine is located entirely on patented claims owned by Mr. William E. Burnett <br />and Ms. Alice Fae Brown. The mineral rights are controlled by Nuvemco through a long term <br />lease agreement for the property from Mr. Burnett and Ms. Brown who have long held mines in <br />the area with the intention of re-establishing uranium production. Nuvemco has legal right to <br />enter through the provisions of the 1872 Mining Law. The permit area includes portions of <br />claims listed below and shown in Exhibit A, Map A-1. The claims are also shown on the portion <br />of the 1954 U. S. Geologic Map of Bull Canyon Quadrangle included in Exhibit C, Map C-6, <br />which establishes some of the historicity of the claims and mining area. A copy of the lease <br />agreement is presented in Appendix G.
