Change the mining phase #5. Number 3 is now V. 2.) Place a new temporary scale house inside the S acres
designated as staging area.
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2002-
096. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2002-096 remain in full force and effect.
No additional warranty was required at this time, because the scale house is going to be in an area already designated to
be affected and the structure will be a temporary one. However, if a significant change to the phased affected acres occur,
the Division has to be notified in writing so the warranty can be adjusted accordingly.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 866- 4072.
Sincerely,
Berhan Keffelew
Environmental Protection Specialist
Enclosure
cc: Tony Waldron, DRMS
Office of
Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand lunction • Durango Artiva nnrl Innrtiva Mina,
