Hubbs Family Trust to Hubbs III, LLC for this operation. Hubbs III, LLC is now the permitted operator of the Hubbs <br />Pit, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in M-1987-088, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed are the following bonds and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. <br />Bond Types Bond Numbers Bond Amounts <br />The First National Bank of Durango Certificate of Deposit 13764 $27,008.00 <br />The First National Bank of Durango Certificate of Deposit 20005 $4,700.00 <br />These have been replaced by CDs with the same bond numbers listed above, but issued to Hubbs III, LLC rather than Ted <br />R.
