Any isolated sections of road that remain at the end of mining will be reclaimed.
This can be seen in the updated Map F. The additional reclamation of isolated
road areas will not add significant costs to the end of mining scenario. As such,
the worst case remains the current conditions.
2. The current Phase V of the mining area will be left intact as wildlife area
throughout the life of the mine. This can be seen on the updated maps.
3. Included in the lease between Tri County Gravel and the property owners are
water rights pre-dating 1900. Those rights can be seen in existing lease documents
on file with DRMS as part of the existing permit.
4. The wetland located at the north end of the riparian buffer will remain
undisturbed throughout the life of the mine. The new pit layout reflects this on the
updated maps.
5.
