Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Enclosed you will find a copy of the timely petition objection letter signed by 11 citizens who <br />reside in the area. The Division received the letter, on 11/13/07. The letter was faxed to you the <br />same day. The comment period for the application ends at 5:00p.m. on 11/19/07. <br />Once the comment period ends, the Division will send a letter to all the parties, explaining the <br />procedure for an application with objections. The Division had asked the operator to waive <br />their right to a decision with in 90 days to allow the Division adequate time,to review the <br />additional information, that we are still waiting for, after the per-operational inspection was <br />conducted on 10/9/07. Once the Division receives the waiver, we will set dates for the pre- <br />hearing conference in Accordance with Rule 2.7 of the Construction Materials Rules and <br />Regulations, and notify all timely objectors. <br />Please note, copies of all additional materials submitted to the Division, has to also be placed at <br />the County Clerks and Recorders Office, so the Public will have access to it. <br />If you have additional questions or concern, please contact me at (303)866-4072. <br />Sincerely, <br />te rhan Keffelew <br />Environmental Protection Specialist. <br />Enclosure !
