CTL/Thompson - Rock Mechanics <br />Preliminary Design of Open Pit <br />During the initial permit application process and subsequent 12+ years of operations, Colowyo has held <br />numerous meetings with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division and the Office of Surface <br />Mining to discuss different aspects of the mining and reclamation plans.
