Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Bowie No. 2 Mine. <br />Attached is a copy of the pertinent sections of the revision submittal The Division of Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety found your application for Minor Revision No. 92 to be complete on <br />December 1, 2008, and issued the decision on the same date. The Decision Form is enclosed. <br />In Minor Revision No. 92, Bowie Resources LLC is proposing to drill one GOB vent borehole on an <br />existing drill pad at the Mouth of Dove Gulch. The site is on Federal Land managed by the USDA-Forest <br />Service. No new surface disturbance will occur.
