The proposed mine is known as the ROBINSON SONS GRAVEL <br />PIT NO. 1, and is located at or near Sections 6, Township 33 South, Range 67 West, and 6th Prime <br />Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is December 2008, and the proposed date of completion is <br />summer 2025. The proposed future use of the land is rangeland and residential development. <br />Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of <br />RECLAMATION, MINING AND SAFETY, 1313 Sherman St., Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, <br />(303) 866-3567, or at the Las Animas County Clerk and Recorder's office; County Court House, <br />Trinidad, CO. 81082, or the above-named applicant.
