Wetlands <br />The physical characteristics of LOT A are consistent with the findings described as Uplands in the <br />Wetland Delineation Report. The entire LOT is comprised of dry disturbed lands resulting from <br />agricultural activities and grazing. Dominant vegetation consists of wheatgrass (Puscopvro?i <br />sntilhii). salt grass (Disliciulisc spicWu), sweet clover (Tr• fnlium sp.) and kochia (Kochiu sc(pari), <br />all considered non-wetland plants. Hydric soil and wetland hydrology indicators were not <br />observed. In summary. LOT A is considered disturbed upland habitat and does not contain any <br />wetland habitat. <br />Threatened, Endangered and Species of Concern <br />File physical characteristics of LOT A are consistent with the findings Summary provided as part <br />of the LOT 13 Screenhig Rel7ort of 77lreututaed, l nchitigered arui SI)ecics of C'OUCern. Findings <br />addressed in the Summary should be considered applicable to LOT A. However, because no <br />prairie dog colonies are present in LOT A. the presences of burrowing owls is not a concern. <br />Wildlife <br />I he physical characteristics of LOT A are consistent with the findings presented in the Wi1d1i/ <br />Alemo for LOT B.
