As a <br />result of this review it was determined that since the bottom elevation of Wetland A is at the same <br />elevation at one location and higher at other locations than the bottom of the North Branch Plum Ditch, <br />water from these higher elevations of Wetland A would potentially seep under ground into the North <br />Branch Plum Ditch. Based on this determination, this higher elevation portion of Wetland A is <br />considered hydrologically adjacent to the North Branch Plum Ditch. This makes the high elevation areas <br />of Wetland A jurisdictional, which includes the remaining contiguous areas of Wetland A as <br />jurisdictional. <br />My August 18, 2008 Approved jurisdictional letter based on the August 18, 2008 Approved JD <br />for Wetland A is considered accurate for this project. <br />If there arc any questions call Mr. Terry McKee at (303) 979-4120 and reference Corps No. <br />200180185. <br />Sincerely, <br />Chief. <br />tm <br />T. <br />84
