Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Bowie No. 2 Mine. <br />Attached is a copy of the pertinent sections, of the revision submittal. The revision was called complete <br />on November 26, 2008. The decision due date is January 25, 2009. <br />In Technical Revision No. 58, Bowie Resources LLC is proposing to pump water from the D-Seam <br />workings into the B-seam workings of the Bowie No. 2 Mine.
