Box 5243, Englewood, CO 80110; (303) 783-3046, submitted a request for partial <br />acreage release for the Buffalo No 1, Permit No. M-1978-011. The construction materials extraction operation is <br />located at or near Section 3, Township 8S, Range 62W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Elbert County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866- <br />3567. Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible.
