After the first twelve (12) months of operation, compliance <br />with only the yearly limitation shall be required. Compliance with the yearly emissior7 limits shall be <br />determined on a roiling twelve (12i month total. . <br />The permit holder shall calculate emissions monthly and keep a co+»pliance record on Site in <br />order to demonstrate compliance with the above emission limitations. After the first twelve (12) <br />months of operation, the permit holder shall calculate annual emissions by the end of each month. <br />Annual emissions shall be calculated hosed on the previous twelve (12) months' emission data. <br />These calc~rlated annual emissions shall be used to demonstrate compliance with the yearly <br />emission limit listed above. <br />This source shat! be limited to a maximum processing ra#e as Irsted below and all other activities, <br />operational rates and numbers of equipment as stated in the application. Monthly records of the <br />actual processing rate shall be maintained by the applicant and made available to the Division for <br />inspection upon request. (Reference: Regulation 3, Part B, II.A.4) <br />Processing of coal shall not exceed 750,000 tons per quarter and 3,000,000 tons per year. <br />During the first twelve (12) months of operation, compliance with both the quarterly and yearly <br />production limitations shall be required. After the first twelve (12.) months of operation, compliance <br />with only the yearly limitation shall be required. Compliance with the yearly production limits shall <br />be determined on a rolling twelve (12} month total. <br />The Division's approval of the corttro! plan is based on the submitted production level as listed in <br />condition number 5. Prior to any increase in daily or annual praduc#ion rates, the applicant shall <br />submit an Air Pollu#ant Erlrission Notice and Control Flan revision which vrill be subject to Division <br />review and approval to ensure compliance with the National Ambient Air Quality Standards for <br />particulate matter. Records of the actual prod~rction rate shall be main#ained by the applicant and <br />made available to the Division for inspection upon request. (Reference: Regulation 1. I11.D.1.b.) <br />This activity shall not result in the exceedence of the following emissions of fugitive total <br />suspended particulates (TSP) and fugitive particulate matter of less than ten microns (PM,o). <br />These emission limits are based on the production rates listed above. Tile Division assumes that <br />these levels are being met ii tl~e control measures stated in tl~e approved control plan are followed <br />and the stated process rates are not exceeded. <br />Total Suspended Particulate 2.59 tons per year. <br />Particulate Matter (PM 10) 0.72 tons per year <br />A Revised Air Pollutant Emission Notice (APFN} shalt be filed: {Reference: Reg. 3, Part A;lI.C) <br />a.
