BOX 20,000 Natural Resource T tee <br />Grand Junction, CO 81502 <br />Re: Lumsden Canyon Pit, 110c Permit No. M-1983-216, Request for Release, SL-01 denial. <br />Dear Ms. Mascaranas: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a letter of concurrence from the Grand Junction <br />Bureau of Land Management (BLM) regarding the above referenced 110c release request. However, the request <br />for release cannot be approved until either the Recreation & Public Purposes (R&PP) conveyance is approved by <br />the BLM or the Lumsden Canyon Pit is fully reclaimed to the standards described in the original approved <br />reclamation plan prior to the technical revision that was approved September 20, 2007.
