Dear Mr. Curry:
On November 28, 2007 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved Acreage Reduction No. 1 (AR-01).
The original AR-01 approval letter incorrectly indicated 107 remaining permit acres. The correct remaining permitted
acreage is 109.97 acres.
The required 30 day period for submittal of appeals to the approval decision expired on December 28, 2007 without an
appeal being filed. Therefore, the approval of AR-01 is final.
Please ensure that all future correspondence and map submittals indicate the correct permit boundaries and permit
acreage. The reclamation financial warranty amount has not been reduced as a result of this acreage reduction, because
the reclamation liability is currently under review as part of Technical Revision No. 2.
