The Division is returning this document for the following: <br />The Division requires the current operator company name listed throughout this document match the company name <br />listed with the State of Colorado Secretary of State's office (i.e. "Moores Mining & Ranching & Sawmill" rather <br />than "Moores Mining, Ranching & Sawmill"). Please also have your notary make and initial this correction within <br />the Notary for Permittee section on page 5. <br />The Division requires the successor operator company name match the company name listed with the State of <br />Colorado Secretary of State's office (i.e. "Moores Mining, LLC" rather than "Moores Mining Ranching & <br />Sawmill").
