Storage of biosolids <br /> of fourteen percent or greater solids content may be undertaken without additional approval by the Department subject <br /> to the requirements of sections 4.9.13.0 of the Biosolids Regulation. Storage of biosolids of less than fourteen percent <br /> solids content must be approved by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment,Water Quality Control <br /> Division. <br /> II.E Reporting <br /> The permittees may jointly submit a single annual Self-Monitoring report describing activities at the site. Those <br /> permittees whose entire annual biosolids productions is utilized on the site must also supply a letter either with the <br /> annual Self-Monitoring Report,or under separate cover, notifying the Division of that fact. Those permittees who also <br /> use or dispose of biosolids though other use/disposal options, or at other application sites, will be required to submit <br /> a separate annual Self-Monitoring Report describing those activities. <br />
