The terms of the revision approved by the <br /> Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-77-493 . <br /> The conditions of the Division approval are noted below. Please note that <br /> all other provisions of Permit No. M-77-493 remain in full force and <br /> effect. <br /> Stipulation No. 01 <br /> LAND APPLIED BIOSOLIDS WILL BE TACKIFIED OR OTHERWISE STABILIZED <br /> (e.g. , wind-breaks, etc. ) TO PREVENT WIND EROSION OF DESICCATED <br /> BIOSOLIDS. <br /> Stipulation No. 02 <br /> THE OPERATOR MUST PROVIDE A DEMONSTRATION THAT THE NATURE AND <br /> CONCENTRATIONS OF COPPER IN THE BIOSOLIDS WILL NOT INHIBIT <br /> REVEGETATION OF THE LAND APPLICATION AREAS.
