Storage of biosolids <br />of fourteen percent or greater solids content may be undertaken without additional approval by the Department subject <br />to the requirements of sections 4.9.13.C of the Biosolids Regulation. Storage of biosolids of less than fourteen percent <br />solids content must be approved by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Water Quality Control <br />Division. <br />II. E <br />Reporting <br />The permittees may jointly submit a single annual Self-Monitoring report describing activities at the site. Those <br />permittees whose entire annual biosolids productions is utilized on the site must also supply a letter either with the <br />annual Self-Monitoring Report, or under separate cover, notifying the Division of that fact. Those permittees who also <br />use or dispose of biosolids though other use/disposal options, or at other application sites, will be required to submit <br />a separate annual Self-Monitoring Report describing those activities. <br />E
